Traditions and Heritage Sierra Morena, Andalucia

When you visit you can enjoy the traditions and customs of the peoples of the Sierra, and in particular Arroyomolinos de Leon (Andalusia) and Cabeza de la vaca (Extremadura), since both are a short walk away from the refuge.

At the refuge we will reflect the great cultural wealth of rural people and the many resources which are the main part of the "Dehesa" system. This includes the mediterranean forests, gardening, cabrino cattle, pigs , pilgrimages, Semana Santa, bulls ... and extraordinary Gastronomy (cured ham, fruit, cheese, tomato soup, crumbs, gazpacho, ...)
